Administrative Centre
All client enquiries, requests and dealings are handled by our Administrative Centre in Sydney, Australia. Our clients engage us through our online engagement process and once engaged, we maintain a dedicated 24-hour online service for answering urgent queries posed by our clients in any part of the world.
Distance is no barrier as our service processes have been refined and developed to such an extent that we are capable of managing even the most complex of matters almost anywhere in the world and covering multiple jurisdictions with highly competitive fees.
Each client is supervised by a Head Consultant, a Specialist Consultant highly experienced in managing all aspects of the services to be provided by us to the client, from a simple company formation and worldwide patent search to complex market surveys or special economic zone facilitation processes, and who represents the main point of contact for the client.
The Administrative Centre also houses the Global Business Resource Centre or GLOBREC repository containing all research work and analyses conducted, and strategic plans created, by our consultants for our clients.

Specialist Consultants
Our Specialist Consultants are based in all key regions around the world (refer to our
Contact Us section). Each consultant has at least 10 years of prior business, legal or market research experience in a major consulting or top-tier law firm, and all are well placed to provide expert advice on their area of experience.
Our Specialist Consultants provide expert advice on international business, investment, legal and other technical issues as well as on-the-ground feedback, strategic research and analyses on international markets to support our core services.
The Specialist Consultants also create and implement strategic international business plans and resolve key issues for clients. They have a thorough knowledge of the region they are based in and work that knowledge to our client's advantage.
In order to maintain a cost-effective service and operational efficiency, our Specialist Consultants are engaged for their specific consulting purposes, and each client's matters are handled by their Head Consultant, who will co-ordinate expert advice from Specialist Consultants where required.
